Region 2 Affordable Housing Notice Preliminary Application
Warren County Habitat for Humanity is working with the Township of Franklin, Warren County to assist them with meeting their Fair Housing Share requirements and is currently seeking additional moderate income families for our Franklin Township Phase 2 Project. The project includes three duplex units for sale to moderate income families.
As required by N.J.A.C..5:80-26.1 et seq., and made part of our Affordable Housing Marketing Plan, newspaper advertisements will note that applications will be available at your facility and address. Accordingly, we are herein attaching a flyer advertising that we are currently seeking applicants for the above referenced project, as well as 10 applications and instructions. We request that you display our flyer and applications be placed in a location that is available to the public so that they can consider applying for this home ownership opportunity.
