Facilities Calendar & Reservations

From the desk of Chris Carter, Site Manager:

The scheduling meeting for the Spring/Summer 2010 season has been changed from February 6 at 10 a.m. to Tuesday, February 9 at 6:30 p.m due to inclement weather.

Reservation Check List:

1. Check to see availability using calendars below
2. Submit to Township Clerk the following:
   1. A completed Facility Use Agreement form with dates and times.
   2. A Check for the proper Registration Fee and Usage fee made out to Franklin Township - Recreation Fund
   3. A Damage Deposit Check for amount listed in Fee Schedule made out to Franklin Township - Recreation Fund
   4. All coaches must sign the "Franklin Township Community Center Procedures" Form. One form per organization   
3. Note- Form Due Dates
   1. Activities for the winter (Nov 1 thru March 14) are due Sept 10th. (Scheduling meeting is the last week of September)
   2. Activities for the spring (March 15th thru June 15) are Due January 10th. (Scheduling meeting is the last week of January)
