Reservations

Reservation Check List:

1. Check to see availability using calendars below
2. Submit to Township Clerk the following:
   1. A completed Facility Use Agreement form with dates and times.
   2. A Check for the proper Registration Fee and Usage fee made out to Franklin Township - Recreation Fund
   3. A Damage Deposit Check for amount listed in Fee Schedule made out to Franklin Township - Recreation Fund
